Making a concerted effort.
I've told myself I'm going to make a concerted effort to blog more, because I've neglected this blog for far too long on account of Twitter. The problem is that there is not much I can talk about. I am parting ways with Tribe.net on May 31st and there's a lot of complaining I could do but I can't really - those folks actually are saving Tribe and I'm quite happy someone did it. I am just so burned out on working at Tribe that I never want to be in the IT sector again.
I am replacing with things I cannot and do not want to talk about but I probably should to the extent that I can. I wrote the business plan for a company that got a $60,000 investment, and now all these kids (literally - 22 through 26, all four of them) are looking at me to form the company, open the bank accounts, etc. I'm going to keep working with them, but as they say this company is in "stealth mode". I am basically the CEO, CFO and CTO all rolled into one. The next 6 months of this is all trade shows, sales meetings, and trying to make the thing grow.
I cannot talk about the other venture at all. You'll just have to wait.
