How do I even respond???
I went to 7-11 today and got a Slurpee. Ok, that's part of it. See Fox Movies and 7-11 have joined forces to promote the new SIMPSON MOVIE. 7-11's in quite a few states have turned into 'Quikie Marts' with food from the Simpson's show.
None in this state that I am aware of have but see.. today I stopped by the 7-11 around the corner. Ads were up for 'doh-nuts' and 'Squishees'. I'd already decided to get a Slurpee since it was hot. I get it and go to the counter.
At the register are two men of Indian (that's India not Native American) background talking in Hindi (I know what Hindi sounds like since I have two students at my office). I pay at the register and the one guy looks at me and says straight up without any forethought "Thank you. Come again."
I work as an HRC commissioner. I mean, how do I even respond to that...
