Sick day
I am not at work today. My cold is making me feel fairly shitty and though I felt bad about phoning in sick I'm glad I did now cos work would have done me no good.
Now I just need to figure out if I'm going to be able to go in tomorrow.
I am taking lemsip and watching random TV.
Lois and Clarke (also known as The New Adventures of Superman) is cheesy but nostalgic. I forgot how much I enjoyed it until I saw Superman Returns, which is incredibly different.
Deep Space Nine is good, there was both drama and comedy. However Voyager is less good.
Stupid Harry Kim was poncing about because he's been given command responsibility, despite just being an Ensign. "I'm a senior officer, I've been on this ship five years." Yeah, so's everyone else, because you're all stuck in deep space!! Stop being an arse!
Then things go wrong and stupid Ensign Kim starts moping about it. Serves him right for being such an arse previously.
I will probably read some X-Men comics in a bit.
Now I am tired and will stop my random blogging.

Have phoned work and said I won't be in tomorrow.
Initially I thought going in tomorrow would be best, but I have no idea how I'll be tomorrow. It's better that they find cover now than rely on the chance I'll be OK tomorrow. Plus I'll find it easier to relax now that it's sorted.
