"Perhaps I've grown a little cynical; But I know no matter what the waitress brings; I shall drink in and always be full; My cup shall always be full" --Run-Around Blues Traveler
Well, another summer has come and almost gone--I just worked my last day anyway. I have to be honest, I'm not excited about living in the valley and can't wait to get out, but I will miss both of my work places. That is the amazing thing about living in a small town that many of you probably don't think about. It is pretty easy to get a job--I work for a.) friends of my dad's and b.) people I knew through 4-H years ago. I work for and with great, moral, awesome people and I am sorry to leave them before the big weekend [labor day]. It really made my summer survive-able. It's also nice to be appreciated. So next year, I know that if I choose to come home to "re-group" before I head off to Spain, I have 2 solid, awesome jobs as long as I let them know i can work. That is a fantastic feeling!! I will hate to come back to the valley in many ways, but "My cup shall always be full."
I have lots more to say, but I'm tired, so I'm going to bed.
I leave on Saturday! YAY SCHOOL! YAY CAMPUS SAFETY!
