Time is running out on lifetime transfers - and the TiVo HD is just 35,000 rewards points

First of all - tomorrow, Thursday. November 8, 2007, is the last day to take advantage of the lifetime transfer offer on the TiVo HD. You must purchase your TiVo HD by tomorrow, and then complete the lifetime transfer by December 8. 2007. This offer may never be repeated, so keep that in mind. Remember that people are reporting that TiVo is honoring transfers on retail units, such as from DVRupgrade.

Also, TiVo has reduced the points cost of the TiVo HD from 50,000 to 35,000 in the TiVo Rewards program. So if you've been saving up points for a TiVo HD, the bar just got lower - 7 referrals instead of 10. (And if you activate a new TiVo and don't have a friend to give the points to, they're always appreciated.)
