Missing Channel on Series 3
Is anyone else suffering from this problem? I've lost 789 (KETCDT - the HD PBS feed) here in St. Louis on Charter. I've rebooted twice and it hasn't returned, even though the first time this happened a reboot did fix it. I think 790 also missing but I don't ever try to record from it so I don't care; I just want PBS back.

I'm hearing-impaired and don't like talking on the phone more than necessary, so I don't want to have to call; anyone got a URL/email address/fax number where I can report this issue?
