Today I went and saw a concert at the Treasure Chest Casino. It's an up and coming country singer named Rebecca Lynn Howard's. Afterwards we went to the Italian Heritage Festival in River Town. It's only about 15 minutes from my old high school and I saw a few people I went to school with there. My old softball coach was actually working one of the volunteer booths. Then we went and saw my step grandmother. It's weird but the only person I really don't like from my new family is my step dad. I am more attached to my step great grandmother though cause she reminds me of the Italian version of my Polish grandma. No one will ever replace her though. And it's hard for me to buy cards and stuff that say grandmom and give it to anyone that isn't her. We had to come home early though cause my arm swelled up again. I didn't get my MRI results back yet. I'm kind of scared now because there is a lump and if nothing shows up they may have to cut my arm open and see what's there.
We watched the race and the ordered Papa John's. They like pizza during races. I hate Papa John's though. My mom and I got to talking. After everything is settled with the case and I get better I am going to move to Miami. They are planning on moving to Daytona. I got into Miami International and have a lock on my tuition which is very cool. I will have an apartment by the bay. They will come down for Homestead and we'll go to the races. The whole time I've been out of everything I've had a lot of time to think about film school. The most logical answer would be Miami. I'd love to go to UNLV or Art Academy of San Francisco but maybe in the future to future my degree. Right now it's Miami. Plus, living right on the bay looking out at the ocean everyday. That's a total dream come true. Not to mention, Miami is a good "family" environment.
Granny is trying to get me to hang out with some of the younger girls she works with at the state. In November when my step Aunt Peggy comes in from Atlanta for Thanksgiving she's bringing her daughter that's my age. Laura is cool, Aaron actually thinks she's cute. So we are all going to hang out. I always take my out of town friends to the Audubon Zoo before they leave. We have one of the coolest zoos around. So we will probably do that and IMAX one day since Lion King is at the IMAX for a few months right now. Granny bought me Chicago on DVD.
Did anyone watch the race and see RYAN NEWMAN kick total ass tonight. Minus the fact I had a screaming baboon in the other room creaming his pants over the fucking LSU game. No offense to all you tiger fans, I just bleed Maroon, GIG EM AGGIES!. Okie dokie I done talked enough tonight I reckon, time for bed (I hope).
Wait one more cute thing. The puppy is finally getting comfortable with getting on the bed. Now that's the only place he wants to sleep. He switches from laying at the foot of the bed, to across my body pillow, to on my head when he's ready to get up. In fact, my mom and I were in her bed watching the race and he sat right on her head. I think my laughing only encourages him more =X. Only thing is he dreams and it scares me when he starts crying and shaking cause Noel didn't dream nearly as much as he did as a puppy, but she also didn't sleep with me so I see him do it the most. Mom keeps telling me he's dreaming it just kinda freaks me out sometimes. But after his dream thing he plops right back down and is down for another 5 hours. He's a good boy when it comes to sleeping too.
Sorry, I ramble about the dogs a lot, but they are my babies.
