Ah shit, I love The Atari's version of The Boys of Summer. God I'm so 80s old school. I really am too, I even found my Belinda Carlisle CD the other day. I remember when I used to know all the words to Heaven is a place on Earth and Circle in the Sand. I used to get in trouble for singing Bel Biv Devo "never trust a girl with a big butt and a smile." Apparently the nuns didn't like that kind of music much. Guess I should have learned to do Bulgarian Chants, maybe I wouldn't have gotten cracked with the ruler as much.
Is it wrong that I am already packed and we don't leave till Thursday? It was hard though cause Scott's an asshole about packing. He only allows me to take one bag. So I had to shove 5 days worth of clothes into a duffle bag. But I always take my A&M bag with me and keep all my cds and shit in there. I want to go get a DJ Sammy CD before we leave. I've decided since I haven't seen Lord of the Rings yet and the second one comes out this week, I will watch that on my portable DVD player. After all, it is a 14 hour drive from here to Darlington.
I took the dogs out around 10 tonight and I stepped in an ant hill. I didn't wear my glasses so I didn't see it in the grass. It's nice though, my feet are covered in ant bites. The worse part is they were fire ants so this shit burns like hell. My feet are covered in Aloe Vera though so that's helping a bit.
Oh yeah, I was forced to go to Walmart after the Casino this morning. My god, I thought people attended church at 11 on Sundays. I think today was a day of rest because every asshole was at Walmart. Not to mention I ran into Lana. It's always weird seeing her when I'm shopping with my mom. I don't know why it just feels uncomfortable.
On a good note, I think my knee is okay enough for me not to need to pack my brace with me. But, I go to the doctor Tuesday and see what's up with my arm and blood sugar. I hate this sling, it's too hot. Plus I don't use it unless they force me to.
