Hi, I tried signing up but my submission could not be accepted because a few of the characters I entered aren't allowed (ex. Daphne Greengrass, Katie Bell). I couldn't find anything about the list of 49 characters that are allowed in the FAQ. Was this done with a reason? I ask because obscure characters like Orion Black and Abraxas Malfoy are included. Thanks!

Characters were nominated by people in December. That's how the 49 came about. I forgot to post here during nominations.
