Cake
My boss turns 50 this Sunday, and to celebrate she's bought cake for everyone (60 of us in her department plus invited 'outsiders'). I've eaten three different kinds of cake today. In fact, I'm eating cake right now. My boss also bought cake for all of us in the project the week before last because she wanted to celebrate with us before people started their vacations. And understanding the importance of cake is only one of the things that make her a good boss.
