Entourage
I've recently become hooked on Entourage. Subtv started airing it here earlier in the year, and since I knew the show was set in Hollywood, I thought I'd check it out. Nobody was pimping it at me or anything!
Subtv were nice enough to give us 2 eps at a time, so it didn't take them long to get through seasons 1 and 2. When they put the show on hiatus, I promptly downloaded all of season 3 and watched it in time to dl the shiny new ep this Monday. I'll be downloading eps every Monday for a while, I guess.
I'm not lusting after any of the guys (yet), although Eric's cute, and Ari & Floyd are a hoot. I've checked out some of the fanfic (there doesn't seem to be much around), but if anyone's got any Entourage recs up their sleeve, let me know, please!
And in that vein, I'll give you this: Last night I couldn't go to sleep because I was feeling a little blue, and I ended up reading As We Are, Or How Floyd Saves the Day (Again) by
hackthis. It's a post ep 312 story in which Ari has a nervous breakdown, and everyone's gay, but there is no sex (poor Floyd). It made me laugh out loud a couple of times, and then last night I dreamed of Ari (and possibly the boys, I'm not sure), and I woke up smiling after. I can't think of a higher recommendation (for a story that's got no actual sex in it *g*).
