an update on nothing really
hey. look. 5 minutes where i'm not doing anything. guess i'll make a real update...
my new apartment is awesome. i love it. all hardwood floors, all new appliances, brand new window treatments... living here feels much more like living in an apartment, and much less like living in an attic. it's nice. and thanks to all that helped me moved. it was apprieciated more than you know.
i've been working like crazy, both for WGI! and medieval times. As crazy as working for We Got Issues! is, I really do love it. It's an amazing work environment. It's totally different from any job (theatre or otherwise) that I've ever had. The gear shift for it has been a little strange, but I have to say that I'm enjoying it. Besides, there is something to be said for working for a women based company. My boss has decided that we need to reward ourselves for our hard work in Minnesota, so we're all being treated to manicures and pedicures. Right now we're preparing for LA in February. THAT will be an interresting trip.
medieval times is medieval times. same as it ever is. but it pays the bills.
not much else to be said, really. i'm trying to prepare for the holidays. 9 nieces and nephews to figure out christmas gifts for. ick. i'm horrible with that stuff. although i have vowed that this year i will mail all christmas gifts before july.
well, before i end this entry, i need to give a little shout out, as it were. This is for minnie... minnie, i only wish i'd have known you better. but i heard many a tale on your great adventures. i know you brought great joy into the lives of the molinski family, and for that i thank you. i hope that beyond this world lies another filled with squirels, birds, chipmunks, and endless other tiny furry creatures to chase. that you have all the gooshy food you could ever want, there are always people waiting to pet you, and the litter box is always clean. here's to you, minnie.
