Week 40, Submission
The problem with most of the poems I know is that the titles don't really lend themselves to being used for this -_-;;
Unless you folks would like to icon Lewis Carroll's "Jaberwocky".
But for this week we have a poem with a more normal title:
SINCE THERE'S NO HELP, COME LET US KISS AND PART

Since there's no help, come let us kiss and part;
Nay, I have done, you get no more of me,
And I am glad, yea glad with all my heat
That thus so cleanly I myself can free;
Shake hands forever, cancel all our vows,
And when we meet at any time again,
Be it not seen in either of our brows
That we one jot of former love retain.
Now at the last gasp of love's latest breath,
When, his pulse failing, passion speechless lies,
When faith is kneeling by his bed of death,
And innocence is closing up his eyes,
Now if thou wouldst, when all have given him over,
From death to life thou mightst him yet recover.
Since the title is quite long, lets have a minimum of three consecutive words used in each icon.
RULES
x You may submit up to two icons.
x Icons must fit LJ standards [100x100 pixels or less, 40kb or less]
x Title MUST be legible
x NO editing the title [i.e. Changing verb tense, pluralizing words, making contractions, adding or subtracting words] EXCEPT for changing capitalization
x Tiny text and textlike adornments allowed as decoration [i.e. brackets, asterisks, etc.]
x Numbers are allowed as decoration, providing they are not altering the title with their presence [i.e. making "HEROES" into "5 HEROES"]
x Manga, anime, and video game images only
