that's uncanny, i grabbed a very old blue flannel shirt just friday to mow and such since it was so cold, and ended up wearing it all day long and parts of saturday. then i read about you wearing one and listening to such good music and it was like a time warp back to earlier days for me too when flannels were worn more often, almost as much from reading your journal as from my having worn mine own shirt those two chilly fall days.
im sorry to hear about Andre, i did not realize you didnt room together anymore. If you ever still speak with him remember me to him and say i still think its great that you all like Donovan as much as i do, and make it sound sincere; others just seem to know about this artist but never really 'dig' him quite as much as he deserves. But really just tell him hello and i hope he and yourself are doing well despite whatever troubles you may face.
i think ill put that flannel back on for my trip into kcmo today, and just leave the heat in the car a bit low, and sink into the familiar warmth of the old worn fabric.
