Making this post public
Now that they have left and I have checked out their work, I can offer an enthusiastic recommendation for The Cleaning Authority. We asked for two hours of detail cleaning on a pretty grimy kitchen and two bathrooms, one of which is the teenagers' bathroom. O.o
A team of two young women arrived on time this morning, carrying an impressive array of equipment and supplies. Mary and Jessica introduced themselves nicely and noted their start time in the log. They then set right to work and gave me a few minutes over the two hours I paid for. They worked efficiently and reasonably quietly. They didn't use cleaning products with a strong scent-- in fact, they may all have been completely unscented. They were entirely professional and courteous in their demeanor throughout their time here.
When I clean my stove, it takes a lot of time and hassle and perhaps a little swearing. I don't know how they made it look like new so quickly and quietly! Everything they touched is spotlessly clean. There are now shiny things in my apartment that I didn't even know could be made to shine.
This is definitely the company I will be hiring for regular cleaning at the new apartment.
