[ Taejin the Gastly has apparently stolen Fang's 'gear again and is now filming her walking outside of Saffron. Fang isn't aware of this, but Fang doesn't seem to be aware of much right now - her eyes are cast down, alternating between the Shelgon at her side and her own feet, as she staggers slightly with the next step. ... Fang?

[ She doesn't look so good. Xion's face is propped against a pillow, watching the feed warily. ]

[titanite]

[ ...Whoops. Fang's sitting by the side of the route when she answers, but after double-checking that Xion is indeed still in her bed, she unsteadily climbs to her feet. The very last thing she wants is for Xion to try to come get her. ]

I'm fine, Sunshine. Nothing to worry about.

[ Stubbornness and lies. ]

[ordalias]

Are you sure? You don't look so good.

[ And sure enough, the feed is shifting along with Xion as the girl starts to sit up. ]

[titanite]

[ Wonderful. Fang steadies herself against a tree, trying to think fast and completely failing to do so. She should start moving so Xion doesn't get up, but she's not entirely sure she can walk in a convincing "I am perfectly healthy" sort of way. Answer: Stall! ]

Yeah, I'll probably be keepin' ya company tonight, but I can get there just fine.

Huh? You will?

[ Her statement does succeed in distracting Xion. ]

[titanite]

[ Good. Another moment of bracing herself. ]

I don't mind. I don't usually have someone with me here. Well, except for my Pokemon.

[ Because she knows she gets dreams, and might wake up abruptly or even talk in her sleep. ]

[titanite]

[ Time to take a tentative step forward, testing her balance. Yeah, this isn't going to be fun. ]

Then I don't gotta ask you to save me a spot. 'fraid it won't be a party, though.

[ordalias]

Ehe. I don't think it could go that way, either. The nurses are really... watching me now. [ But Xion did figure out some routes Xion, find a better hobby. ]

[ With Bahamut looking on a bit anxiously, Fang takes another step, out of range of her reliable tree. Okay, she can do this if she just takes it easy. ]

I think ya upset them. They won't wanna lose ya again.

[ordalias]

[ --She notices. And frowns in worry. ]

I really think I should help you.

[titanite]

And just how are ya plannin' on sneaking out again?

[ordalias]

[ Pauses. ]

Hm... Maybe I don't need to sneak. I could tell them you need help.

[titanite]

[ She halts as she shivers violently. It's like the worst game of red light, green light. ]

They'd send out one of their own rather than lettin' you go. So I'd rather you not - can't stand gettin' fussed over.

[ordalias]

I'm not leaving you like this.

[ Determination, go! She's moving and getting out of her bed. ]

[ On the one hand, it's clear to her that having help would make her life a heck of a lot easier right now. On the other hand: ]

Maker, and it feels like we just got ya back in bed. Wait until I'm face-down, at least.
