*good* weekend. S, M & J came over for Sunday Lunch and I cooked truffled mushroom & emmental parcels, roast potatoes & roast Mediterranean veg, steamed carrots & mangetout, and for pudding a glorious mess of marscarpone, chocolate, brandy and amaretti biscuits. Delicious food but even better was the feeling of achievement that such entertaining is still possible.
