its been awhile....
So I haven't posted since the new year....
Well in that time I have been working and growing steadily more unhappy at my job. I dislike it but have not gotten anywhere with other applications plus I don't know what I really want to do anymore since clearly the service industry is not making me happy at all.
I took a mini vacation and went to Nassau, Bahamas for 4 nights. It was an all inclusive resort and I literally would spend all day lying on the beach reading, writing a bit and taking the occasional dip in the ocean. It was a great break from everything.
I turned 25. I actually turned 25 in Nassau. I flew home on my birthday.
Most recently I have shown my clumsy side again by giving myself a concussion. This past Friday I managed to flip my sister's desk chair over backwards (I wasn't even leaning backwards in it) and I smacked my head off the wall. When the serious headache persisted Sunday night I thought (and those around me thought way overdue) I should see a doctor. Monday my doctor told me I gave myself a concussion. Which I thought was impossible without losing consciousness but I guess not. So I am still in a lot of pain and am taking it easy for a few more days before going back to work.
My friend is getting married in February so that should be fun and then in April I have tickets to go see Volbeat in Toronto which I am excited about. So that's me these days...
