[A Turtle approaches! He isn't exactly passing, yet, but he is definitely coming towards. It appears that he either has not heard the journal announcement or is ignoring its directive. What do you do, bridge troll?]

[He POWER-LINEFACES, that's what. He stands on the shore side of the bridge, arms crossed.]

And just where do you think you're headed?

... To the square?

[He comes this way all the time. What's the problem?]

Not over this bridge you aren't. They're closed to the public. [And he's also journalstalked Donatello enough to know for a fact that he's not deaf, so really he should have known this already.]

[The public? As opposed to who?]

Why?

[As opposed to the only person who properly understands the bridge's sensitive needs and can care for it in the right way.]

Because I said so. [Also because he hasn't really been thinking this through and it feels kind of weird to examine it.]

... Did you say all the bridges are closed?

((Also, duh, Don lives on the same side of the river as the square. I'm gonna go ahead and pretend he said Battle Dome.))

Yes, but there are people here who can't.

How long are the bridges going to be closed?

titango September 25 2011, 21:40:23 UTC
Until I decide to open them. [YOU GOT A PROBLEM WITH THAT, GREEN? ]

[Don looks dubiously at the bridge. The only thing closing it is Robin's say-so. And he can't be at all of them at the same time...]

Who's guarding the other ones?

[That makes him visibly tense. For all the obsessing he'd been doing today, it hasn't occurred to him that it's physically impossible to be in three places at once. Sloppy, Robin. He's supposed to be better than this!]

That's none of your concern.
