Pins out tomorrow
I'm supposed to get the two pins pulled out of my arm tomorrow afternoon. I'm looking forward to having them out (they tend to hurt), but am a little terrified of the process. I was going to post a picture, but can't remember how.
The swelling is finally starting to go down (I credit my OT guy with that) and my fingers are beginning to move. Apparently weeks of hideous swelling tends to thicken up and has to be slowly broken up and worked out, but after a week and four sessions, I'm seeing some real improvement. I spent like ten minutes trying to pick up a peg between two fingers today (now I know why people say physical/occupational therapy is painful).
I'd better get back to writing. Typing with one finger is taking forever!!
