My heart goes out to the people of Boston. Having lived through 9/11, seeing the videos of what happened today makes me sick to my stomach. I understand what the people of Boston are going through, there is shock and horror and the feeling that your city is NOT safe.
I just want to give a massive hug to the city, being home to the Red Sox and all.
