Summer
Well the summer started off with a bang. Myself along with Alan, Cull, Gary, Peter, Paul D, Karl and James. The first day of filming went well and we shot about half the movie but discovered that GAry recorded over one of the scenes so we had to re-shoot the scene the next day. Well we woke up at 7 the next morning only to find snow on the ground! It was June 8th but i guess that only happens in Colorado. It did give us another excuse to get together again and were going back up to Winterpark in July to finish filming.
The rest of my Summer has been mostly filled with work and volleyball. I work a couple of days at the pool lifegaurding and the other days at the golf course. I have decided that lifegaurding is extremely boring but I can put up with it for 10 Bucks an hour and the oppurtunity to watch beautiful women swim. We have been practicing frequently seeing as the Junior Olympics are next week. Monday i returned home from wonderful LA from a 4 day volleyball tournament we did well i thought. We came in ranked 27th and finished 27th out of 67 teams which is pretty damn good considering the competition that's out there. There amazing, You thought Gary and I were good well you havnt seen nothing. Our hotel was awesome, we stayed in the days in with LIVE NUDES across the street, wasn't uncommon to hookers exiting rooms, two crackheads next door and the continental breakfast was great if you enjoy stale milk. As you can see we stayed at a 5 Star Hotel. We leave for Kentucky next week for the Junior Olympics I'm petty sure will be seated in the top 10 to 15 seeds which is very good and I'm hoping will finish in the top ten!
I went to lunch today with Jamie, I hadn't seen her in forever and it was great to see her. Other then that I havn't had much of a social life this summer. Just nice to have a break from everyone but I am slowly emerging back on to the social scene because I am hoping to hang out with a couple people this weekend and Alli said she wants to hang out when i get back from Kentucky which would be great to see her because we havn't hung out since the Warped tour last usmmer. I think I might also give Aaron Salvucci a call and see what he's up to. Dave is getting his liscene in a couple of weeks so we can go bowling hahah. I'm also spending a couple of days up in Evergreen with my cousins which will be cool because she wants to get into a bunch of mischeif.
I finished my first book on the Summer reading list Killer Angels, it's about the civil War and the battle of Geteysburg and I found it very good as it only took me a couple of days to finish. Unfortunatly I don't think the other books will be as nearly as fascinating as that one was.
Sorry this entry is kind of boring, I guess with no school comes no Drama or maybe its the lack of my social life? Either way I have enjoyed it tremendously not having any problems or anybody upset with me. Summer is a time of rest and healing or at least right now for me. Well it's off to volleyball practice but if anybody wants to chill and help me with the social aspect to my life just give me a call cause you know the number.
