I just spent the last hour or so in post-it hell labeliing and color coding the first three years of my "University Honors Course of Study Planner." Oh joy. So far I don't look too much like a slacker. I didn't need to fit 15 post-its into a single block like they showed me in the example one, but nothing was too bare. And herein lies the dilema. Should I really stress myself out and kill myself to finish "in honors" or should I scoot along like lots of other honors kids and go for the 'Commonwealth Scholar.' I'm definately leaning for door number two. If I really hated myself I could probably go for the 'in honors,' but I do rather enjoy sanity, not to mention the occasional fun. Somehow I think Dr. Dudley is going to be sorely disappointed. He didn't speak so highly of the Commonwealth Scholar program.
Speaking of hating myself, can someone please tell me why I'm planning on taking 18 credits of 4000-level biochemistry and chemistry classes this coming spring. Maybe that's not such a good idea...reference sanity and fun comment above.
Decisions, decisions...
