Good:
* Lost 2 lbs
* Purchased a 1-month membership to the local rec center with a pool, workout facilities, and personal trainers
* Three dives this weekend, even though one was only about 5 minutes
* Very rollercoaster weekend (will post about it later) but it all ended on a high
* Met all my goals, at least mostly (didn't get the vitamin or calcium in on the weekend)
Bad:
* Nothing, really, other than the stress associated with the low points of the rollercoaster (almost lost a dive bag containing about $3k worth of gear...oh, and Tim came a little too close to death)
Goals for week 4:
* Work out at the rec center at least once
* Continue with vitamins and calcium
* More diving this weekend
