I knew it....
I'm home sick today. I just knew I was getting sick. Yesterday I was able to leave a little early but not very early. I only left at 3:30 - which isn't a lot of help because I usually get off at 5. She said to rest up and drink a lot of liquid. When I left she thought I'd be coming in today. Not happening. I called her around 7:30 last night and said I'm feeling worse after sleeping and don't think it would be a good idea to come in today. She had said when I left that if I thought I couldn't make it to work to call her by 9 so she could find someone to come in. I kind of wish that today was Friday. It's weird taking time off during the week and returning. Especially today because I'll go back for one day before the weekend.
I did sleep when I got home last night and got up and had dinner than went back to bed shortly after that. It'll be good to catch up on sleep and be a little lazy today. I hope I feel better by tomorrow because it stinks working (esp. with kids) when you don't feel good. I kept coughing last night even though I took medicine last night. I took it again this morning. You may think I'm weird but I'm about to take a shower. Even though I am not leaving the apartment, I like to be clean - even when I'm home sick. I hope you're having a good day. Off to take a shower and being lazy in bed I go.
