I don't believe in the 7 stages.

My day was going great today. I felt a sense of rejuvenation as I ran my errands all around campus and downtown. I was doing things by myself, without the need of someone there to accompany me or force me to get out of bed. I have been getting up before nine now, which is a feat considering noon was my sunrise for the past two years. I felt accomplished, despite how trivial or miniscule my activities were. Then I arrived at work and that feeling was sucked out. I can't stay there anymore. I understand why I have stayed for that long, the job requires close to no skill. I get paid to sit, read, and occasionally talk to a customer. Though the atmosphere and those a part of it does not make the job worth it anymore. I looked around today and I asked myself why I was still there. For the past year, it has brought me nothing but headaches, tears, and drama. I need to get out. I am going strong and along the right path, I don't want to be sucked back in.

P.S. I need to turn off my phone or constrain myself from checking my emails. I already know I'm not going to receive anything, but I check anyways, for the slightest possibility that my feelings are reciprocated.
