Hey Marley, don't worry. There will be a boy who likes you back. Don't quit just yet. You are only in 8th grade.. Most serious relationships don't come until highschool. There's nothing wrong with you; it's the guy that is missing out. And you aren't an idiot for thinking the guy liked you a lot; I mean he did ask you out. The only advice I would say for a future relationship is it is best to wait on saying I love you until both of you really mean it.
