Reading plans and spoiler policy
Sat. a.m.: Didn't sleep much last night, despite having stayed away from midnight parties so I would be rested for the great read. Like Cel, I'm doing the Amazon thing and so am waiting for my book to be delivered later today and am going to try to read a few more articles before the nice man in the brown truck arrives. As I read, I'm going to use this space to blog my reactions, but I will keep everything remotely spoilerish behind cuts.
Update, Sun. a.m. (Still no spoilers): My immune system failed me, and so did Amazon. Despite having stayed away from midnight parties to stay healthy, I developed a whopping summer cold (The Cold of Deathly Hallows?) in the course of yesterday. And the book never showed up from Amazon. UPS tells me my "package encountered an exception". At 6 last night, when I could stand it no more, I went out to Borders and picked up a copy. Read till 11. Still sneezing this morning, but ok from the neck down. Lots of thoughts to record.
