I'm Geordi this time, instead of dating him.

I don't remember most of this anymore, but it seems like the first version of the dream made more sense, but then repeated while making less sense. I only vaguely remember something about Captain Picard being on another ship while I, as Geordi La Forge, was pretty much alone on the Enterprise. Whatever we did in that first version of the dream was a huge risk, and it worked out just in the nick of time.

On the repeat though, I was on the Enterprise alone again and I knew the captain and the rest of the away team would be beaming over shortly. It seems like there was something wrong with the ship itself, things were dark with not much lighting and there might have been some sparking conduits. There was a Klingon ship nearby, I guess we were fighting it. I set the transporters to beam me over to the Klingon ship before the away team got back, which was something the captain wouldn't have let me do if he had a choice. Too dangerous. (Like heck I remember where the away team actually was in the first place.)

I made it to the transport pad in time and was beamed over to the enemy ship. It was fairly dark here as well, and I beamed into a corner of a larger room. I realized there was a Klingon child nearby, and was worried he'd sound some kind of alarm. I think I told him that I was supposed to be there, that everything was going just fine like it should, and he bought the story. I didn't waste any time in case he changed his mind, but what amazing feat of espionage did I engage in?

I walked into a closet and shut it behind me. Some leap of intuition told me that there would be a secret door inside the closet... because the main closet door could lock on the inside. I found the secret panel and went through it, and ended up in a dream-logic-fail sequence of trying to find my way through passageways that really didn't make much sense for a ship. It was more like plywood and cardboard walls.

Then I woke up.
