Electroman
I was a supervillain who could turn himself into pure electrical current. In this way I infiltrated a superhero base, skulked around for info, and then escaped again. I was able to travel between metal objects and electric power lines in long sparkly flares of energy. The information I had learned at the superhero base had to do with a child who was going to manifest powers soon and the good guys knew who she was. I saw her walking through a field, she looked like she'd just escaped a mental hospital or something... and was sorta wandering mindlessly.
I knew the superheroes were on their way to pick up the girl any minute now. One of the other supervillains (in the organization I belonged to) arrived, a female with telekinetic powers, and between the two of us we were able to get the kid before the superheroes did. We took her to our secret base where a few other supervillains were milling about. (There was more to this dream but I've forgotten most of it.) We put the girl into a containment field that kept her from escaping and/or hurting us should she manifest powers before we convinced her to join us.
Then I woke up.
