Between my request and a completely random similar post at epicfantasy, you all came up with a list of about thirty-seven angel-related titles, which I've compiled into one ginormous resource post (along with a few more titles I found along the way). I hope I didn't miss any? Please let me know and I'll add them.
This is organized by (rough) category, so it's easier to find the kind of book you're looking for.
