today a woman called up to have her 22 year old son removed from her policy.
i told her we needed proof that he no longer lives in the house hold.
she freaked out... i mean freaked out. it was as if i had just asked her to do the most unreasonable thing on the planet. she hangs up on me.
she calls back to get the fax number. faxes his new drivers license with his new address. good job lady.
i put in the information..
and it made her premium go up
that made my day =)
