Last Sunday, in Whole Foods in London, I was making plans about what I'd do if I was really rich.
What I would do would be to only eat superfoods. And not things like
apples (warning: Daily Mail) or whole grains. Boring. My diet will be made up of goji berries, umeboshi plums, sea vegetables, spirulina, pomegranates, cacao nibs, teff, miso and lost crops of the incas. Proper superfoods. Possibly wheatgrass as well, to oxygenate my blood, although I'm not sure because it doesn't seem very appetising.
The exception to this rule will be millionaire's shortbread, for obvious reasons.
I will also get a duck house.
