Wednesday: No Internets Day?
This is something I'm considering, though it may sound heretical to some. Make Wednesday a no internet day. A check of email for the evening, nothing more.
The freed time can be filled with anything; I'm kind of considering getting a subscription to lovefilm or something similar and making it a film night, because I have developed an urge to watch more films.
