House hunting...
So things have been progressing. Bill and I found a few houses we like... one that we really like. We showed it to his parents and they thought it was very nice... now I am going to see if my dad wants to go through it with me tomorrow. It has an in-ground pool, a bar in the basement and a lot of other neat little things. It is a foreclosure so it is at a good price too. Keep your fingers crossed for us! I think this may be it! :o)
In other news, the Patriots won last night! Thank goodness! I can't wait until the AFC Championship game next week... as it looks right now, it is hopefully going to be the Chargers... but you know how that goes. Indy is going to come back I think...
Work tomorrow! :o( I don't want to go back. I really don't like working. I think I want to retire... haha
So anyway, back to the house thing.... we are waiting to hear from MAP's dad about getting pre-approved. Then we will get a pre-qualification letter to put an offer on this house. I think we are definately going to put an offer down if we get pre-approved.
OK well now I have to do some laundry... wish us luck with this house thing!
