No dispatching for this girl...
Yeah, so I didn't get the dispatchers job. I kinda screwed up the interview. Oh well, I guess it was not meant to be. The cool part is, I was kinda offered a position at my current job. I have to talk to the woman in charge on Monday or Tuesday (whenever she comes back from vacation). If I get this promotion I would be a Technical Support Engineer for the Grass-Telefactor products. Woo hoo! I would be getting paid a hell of a lot more and I would get to travel for free to tons of different states. It is a great opportunity for me. I hope Carrie was serious about giving me the job...
Other than that whole situation, things have been very quiet. I haven't done too much as of late. I flew a kite the other day! It was so nice out and the wind was JUST right at the beach. It was fun. Bill and I flew the kite for a while, then we went to Iggy's for Clamcakes, Chowder & Doughboys. Yum!
Wednesday marks 6 months that Bill and I have been together. That makes me happy. It seems as though we have been together for longer though... we were talking about this last night. How it just seems like we just started talking not too long ago, but at the same time I feel like I have known him forever! His family is the greatest. We go out with his family a lot... usually bowling or something.
We went Bowling with Ken (his brother-in-law) the other night. I did really well. 112, 105, 116 and a 94 . Not too shabby. I have found that around a 110 is my average. I can never seem to get it over that. :o( Oh well.
Today we have planned to go to the Boston Museum of Science. That should be fun. We went to Mystic Aquarium a few weeks ago. We always find something different to do... we never really do the same thing twice. I like that.
Ok well I have to get going. Bill is getting ready for the ay, so I probably should be too. Byes!
