what's goin on?
so we live in Atlanta now. it's pretty cool. we finished our record about a week ago, and we're all REALLY proud of it. it's exactly what i was hoping it was... and more. we've sent the artwork and the final mix off, so now it's all in the hands of Militia. come march 25th you'll be able to find Beneath Medicine Tree at music shops around the world. YAY!
other than finishing the record, i've not been up to much. i transferred my job from Pac Sun down in Tampa up here, now i'm working in the Lenox Square Mall. it's pretty boring, but it pays. that's what matters, right? i've also been doing design work for some clients... Euphony Extreme, a band out of California, and the Chill, a project out of Panama City. pretty freaking cool.
we've got a few shows here and there, but for the most part we're inactive until March, when we'll be hitting the road for a really big tour that includes us playing at SXSW. check out the site and look at who else is playing. it's gonna be pretty awesome.
tonight sees me getting to hang out with Valerie. be jealous. i'm so so lucky to have her. she's going back to school, and stopping in Atlanta tonight to see our show. i can't wait to see her. it's going to be really hard telling her "goodbye" tonight. i guess i'll survive. i just don't want to have to.
