Hi, this is in response to your question in harry_potter.
The big midnight parties are going to be in Picadilly (Waterstones), Oxford Street (Waterstones) and Charings Cross (Borders). I don't think you can pre-order the book from the USA, is there a reason you need to order it in advance? If you pop into one of the shops when you're in London, you could just fill out a form which would be a lot less complicated for you. Most people I know aren't going to pre-order, because the shops will have more than enough copies, we'll just have to wait longer in the queue (which should be fun!)
