...because I am THAT easy.
Ingredients: (Makes ONE serving)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup half & half cream
1/4 cup sugar (ok...maybe a little more than that :P)
1/4 TEASPOON pure vanilla
lots of ice
lots of salt
1 sandwich baggie
1 gallonish baggie (should be able to fit other with plenty of room)
Steps
1. Combine milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla in the small plastic bag.
2. Layer enough ice to cover the bottom of the large bag, pour a heavy coating of ice over it.
3. Put the sealed ice cream bag in the larger one. Cover with ice and salt until you can't see the ice cream.
4. Shake. You'll probably need to put some gloves on. And the outside will get wet.
5. Check periodically for firmness, and once it is, ENJOY!!!
If the ice cream will not solidify, feel free to stick it in the freezer, although the texture will be different.
