Here's to nine
So we're almost halfway through Monte Carlo and Rafa seems to wrapping the Principality around his little finger as usual.
Meanwhile Djokovic dropped his second set in as many games and it's his ankle's fault as well. I mean there's no way that Nole's form is anything less than perfection right? If he's dropping a set then it's obviously because Mars is orbiting too closely to Jupiter. Or something. Whatever.
Just let it be known that if ends up being a Nadal / Djokovic final, and when if Rafa totally destroys him, should the commentators even THINK about putting Djokovic's loss down to his bloody ankle I swear I will strangle someone. Preferably someone whose pay check comes from Sky-fucking-Sports.
But that's only if Rafa wins of course. I mean, he's going for his ninth Monte Carlo title in a row. And Rafa's won three out of four tournament's this year. But he's still not the favourite.
He's Rafa Nadal. It's a clay court. How on earth could he possibly be the favourite?
So that's my angry fan-girl rant out of the way. Moving into more real life matters, exams are in a month or so and after that it'll hopefully be work placement. I'm really looking forward to seeing what life as a junior programmer is like. That's assuming I can find a job of course but I'm trying to stay optimistic...
