Welcome, everyone, to the third official WAFFathon, making the Internet a little happier. The premise behind the WAFFathon is simple: Fandom is great, but let's face it, it can get pretty dark

"You're being the biggest baby about this, you know," Dean smirked, crossing to the sink and running the water.

"I am not being a baby, Dean," Castiel said, darkly, holding a tissue to his finger. "It took me by surprise."

"Yeah, well, papercuts will do that for you," Dean gestured. "Stick your finger under here 'till i get a bandaid, alright?" There was no response, and Dean looked over to see Cas staring at his finger like it had somehow wronged him. He sighed, headed over, curling his fingers around Cas' wrist, and tugging him to the sink, letting the water hit the slice in Cas' finger.

Cas hissed in response, surprised, and Dean shook his head, running his fingers through Cas' hair, before fetching a band-aid.

"There was no immediate pain," Cas mused, brow furrowed as Dean bandaged his finger. "There's relief, but it stings."

Dean rolled his eyes, and lifted Cas' hand, kissing the bandaged finger, despite his inner horror at the girlish-ness of the gesture. "Better?"

There was silence, and Dean looked up to see Cas fighting a smile. "Considerably. I think it would be in my best interest if you did it again."

And Dean warmed to Cas' attempt, and rewarded him with another kiss, followed by another, until the bandaged finger was promptly forgotten in favor of other parts of Cas begging to be 'made better'.
