So you're reading your friends page, and suddenly you see something like this:

If you know the URL (address) for the picture you want to add, then you can enter this into the Update prompt:

will get you this:


Alternately, in the upper-right corner of the promt is a menu that says "Insert..." that lets you insert the pictures automatically.
