[Myuria is sitting outside House #25, reading some boring, trite romance novel with a faded cover. She has her journal next to her, and it's been an exercise in resisting the various commands to do various silly things. She's been concentrating more on the demands to stop obeying strange commands and it's helping, but, well ( Read more... )

not paying attention helps, affected but curious, please come pester her, waiting for commands, crowe do a striptease or something, revenge is fine too?

[You're lucky Crowe can't see that tag. He's coming out to see her anyway.]

Taking advantage of our situation?

[It had to be done.]

Just a little bit.

[Well, he's got a sense of humour. Also, two can play at this game.]

Then tell me how I can entertain you, dear lady.

[Crowe, you brat.]

Well, I was looking for a display of talents. Your company's a start, for one thing, but I'd like a distraction for a while. Anecdotes, some kind of adventure, a date - just something to break away from all the chaos of everyone else doing someone's bidding. But then, I trust you to be creative.

[He's just leveling the playing field a little. Also it was helpful to know that she's affected. ...And for the record? He's not. |D But he's not about to tell her.

Also: browlift.]

A date?

[... Did that just come out of her mouth? Stupid experiment, and questions demanding honesty. But play it smooth, girl. That was totally intentional. Totally.]

Dates can be entertaining.

[Uh huh. That was pretty smooth, I suppose.]

Well, that's very true. But it really depends on the preference of the one being entertained.

[Improvisation!]

Going out on the town with a lover or someone special is usually pretty fun, though I can't say this is much of a town to go out on. But I'm open-minded. I'd probably be entertained by stuff I didn't know existed.

[He applauds her efforts.]

Hmm... well, there's probably stuff from Earth here that might be too simple for you Morphus to know about, but it might be entertaining enough for you to enjoy it. Hell, sometimes even a deck of cards can keep people busy for hours.

[She'd bow, but that'd be more of a show for him than for her.]

We usually just get the basics of a civilization when we monitor it, but we don't really go into intricacies like games and entertainment unless we have to go undercover. What kinds of stuff on Earth do you think I'd like?

[Yeah he'd probably enjoy that too much.]

Strip poker.

[TEASING, TEASING. Well, sort of.]

[Cautious eyebrow raise.]

Strip poker?

[Well, no sense in holding back. It's a fun game anyway.]

It's a card game where your wage is everything you've got on you- even your clothes. It's actually pretty popular in the underground cities.

[She chuckles at that.]

Scandalous! Though I guess it's not as bad as just telling me to take them all off right now. [Wink.]

[Is that a dare, Myuria.]

I'd be a terrible man to take advantage of the experiment like that. Besides, you could say the same to me to get me back for it, and then we'd both be in trouble.

[Maaaaaaybe. Do you really want to get the prize without the effort required?]

You're a gentleman, Crowe. Besides, I think you know how vengeful I can get.
