Not mine, alas. But this rather tasty and simple chocolate cake recipe I just tried. Translated from norwegian as best I can, so appologies if the wording is stumbling or worse.
What to put in it:
200 grams dark chocolate.
200 grams butter.
200 grams sugar.
4 eggs.
What to do:
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
2. Melt chocolate and butter(I put it in a bowl set in fairly hot water, but other ways too of-course).
3. Whip the egg yolks with half of the sugar.
4. Mix what you got so far carefully.
5. Beat the egg whites and remaining sugar till stiff. Using a mixer.
6. Mix that in carefully with the rest.
7. Put the cake in the oven for about 40 mins.
8. It's supposed to deflate and surface might crack a bit. Mind that it easily fall apart if you try to take it out of the form whole.
