A Question for the Computer Inclined...

I recently got a new external hard drive.  (This one, in fact.)

My question is, as it formatted in FAT32 (lol), should I reformat it into NTFS?

Obviously I wish to do this before I put anything of consequence onto it.

Thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
