Wow

So my little sister is now officially married... it's a little strange. How is it that the quintessential city-girl tom-boy who never wanted to get married is now a country girl who loves baking and is married at 23? That's Dana, my little sister.

It was a beautiful wedding. Outdoors at the Groom's parents house in Ormestown Quebec. They even pulled the limo out so that we got out and were in the aisle. I served as my sister's Maid of Honour and signed as her witness in a full length navy satin dress in 30 degree sunshine. We couldn't have asked for better weather. (except that it was freaking hot in our dresses!!!)

Things with my gov opportunity are going well. I may be looking at starting a new job in a couple of weeks.

The movie filming was great. I got to act as a 17yr old, and was the oldest student on set... I felt really old when the boys (16 and 17) thought I was 16...

I can't cut my hair, even though the wedding is over... I have one more day of filming in 2 weeks, and since that scene is in the middle of the movie, I have to keep my hair long. It sucks, but you gotta do what you gotta do, right?

James and I are good. having the move-in talks... we are pretty much living together already, so it isn't a huge step, but still is a big one. We'll see how that one works out. I'm not worried. He couldn't make it to the wedding, cause of work, and was actually told by his Mom, and one of his bosses that he was in trouble now that my little sister is married. Poor Guy! I tried to reassure him that I'm not ready for that kind of a step at all yet, but I think that freaked him out a little. I missed him like crazy al weekend though! (How could I not, when I am at a wedding, seeing  my little sister liht up with love and having all kinds of drunk guys hitting on me!) He missed me too... totally perked up when he saw me! (Aw, how sweet!)

So yeah... lets see... covered the wedding, my possible moving, my job situation, the movie.... I think that's it!

Life right now is good, and I am happy (well besides having a bunch of interviews and still being jobless...)

Poor James is asleep on my papazan chair... he worked all weekend! (he actually has to go back at 1am too!)

:D
