podfic and random question
Sometimes I start feeling very iffy about my own reading/recording capabilities when it comes to podfic. Especialy if it's been awhile since I've recorded anything. Those are the times that I fall back on training on fic I've written myself. Usually I have a bunch of my own fics recorded, more or less succesfully, doesn't mean I necessarily post them or even try editing them really. But I decided why not edit and post my latest batch of insecurity inspired recording that I did before I started to record anything real (that'd be my previous post :P ). So here's a few of my own fic as read by myself.
Also, totally unrelated but I got into a conversation with a friend, who happens to be from the States, and he was saying that of he was back home and he ended up accidentaly kissing another guy while drunk it would be a really huge deal. Is this true? Assuming, in his case, that the people in question (or at least the one initiating the kiss) is straight.
Most of the people involved in the conversation basically reacted with a shrug and an "Eh, drunk. It happens." And really, it does and it's not that big of a deal. The people involved might possibly freak a bit once they sober up, but it's not like anyone's going to a real issue of it. And now I'm left rather curious as to how big of a deal it really is in different places.
