What a Craptastic Weekend!
My weekend started on Thursday when I came down with something while I was at work. I started to feel nauseous and light-headed. I made it home and stayed in bed until Friday afternoon. I was feeling a little better, but not much and decided to work on painting the kitchen. Probably not the smartest thing I have ever done. It was monsooning outside so I really couldn't open the windows, but I also couldn't smell, so the fumes didn't bother me. I got the one wall done and crawled back in bed. I really had to make a trip to Walmart because I was supposed to make dessert for a family thing on Saturday, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it. My dear, sweet friend, Rana offered to make dessert and bring it since she was coming to the gathering. Honestly...she makes better desserts than I do anyway! I owe her big time. I still wasn't feeling great on Saturday, but I went to the family shindig. I had a few small rolls to eat because I hadn't eaten since dinner on Thursday. Today, I am at work and I have a headache that won't quit. I really can't wait until I get to climb back into my bed. I miss it so much. The only thing is...I really do have to stop at Wally world. Wish me luck.
Oh!!! and guess what?!?!?! The National Weather Service is calling for like a foot of snow by Tuesday!! It was like 50 some degrees today. The snow is never really going to leave!
