Fun and Games
So, I finally got together with some friends that I haven't seen in forever! It was wonderful. We got to exchange Christmas presents. One of the gifts that I got was the Battlestar Galactica Board Game! I was so excited. We opened the box in hopes of maybe playing it that night...until we saw the instruction book...32 pages long. We decided to play Pirates of the Caribbean and Harry Potter Scene-It. Last night I sat down with the instructions in hopes of figuring out how to play the game. It is going to take some playing with it to figure it out. I had the board and pieces laid out and the dogs wanted to help play. I had to put it away until a later time. Hopefully this weekend I will get to figure it out. I love the little ships that came with it...they are so cute!
On a completely different note, the tale of stupid people and the staplers continues...a student came up to the desk to use the stapler and held the papers next to the stapler and pushed down different times before I got over my initial shock of what she was doing and showed her that you actually have to put the paper into the stapler and then push down for it to be effective...oy vah!
