Curses on the day!
What a vacation!
We left on wednesday night and my grandpa was there and my aunt too. I made a bunch of belts, a square bag, a couple of bracelets, a new awsome computer case with lots of rubber shocks, and I got some really cool shoes and an even cooler rabbit fur scarf. Well, we stayed a few days and had a truly wonderful time, stayed up all night, watched four or five movies, spent lots of time with the family, it was nice.
But then we got home and found someone had climbed into our bathroom window and stolen all our jewelry from bulgaria, a laptop, a camera, and probably a few other things. They also stole my checkbook case, but they threw it down/dropped it in the driveway. So anyway, I got to call the cops and they came out to take fingerprints. Then we sat around being depressed for a while. We went for a long walk all around downtown up congress and 6th talking about how material stuff really isn't so important and that everything is still ok and how much we love each other. And it was nice. Then when we got home at about 2 am, I decided to check the mail, and we got a letter from the USCIS!!! I was so excited and worried! But I opened it! And guess what! Toma gets to apply for permanent residence!!! Yay!!! So exciting! So it was wonderful and then something bad happened, but then something really good happened. Anyway, I'm still happy...
